Dr. Jeffrey Smith, owner of Thinkenomics, is a retired military Colonel who served 30 years in the United States Air Force. His research and work centers on organizational strategy, leadership development, strategic analysis and assessment, and is an expert in shaping healthy organizational culture. His background in organizational change, mathematics, and strategic planning provides a unique skill set for determining and solving organizational problems. He is the author and contributor of several books and publications and is recognized as a highly accomplished keynote speaker, instructor, and adviser.
